How do I contact the clubs?
If you want to purchase tickets, or have a question about a show, you can call the Northampton Box Office. They are the exclusive Box Office for IHEG and can answer most of your questions. You can call them at 413-586-8686 during normal business hours Mon-Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 12pm-5pm or contact them through their website here.

Where can I park?
There is no specified lot for The Iron Horse, Pearl Street, The Calvin & The Basement. There is some street parking available (free after 6PM, Sundays, and Holidays). There is a parking garage close by, E.J. Gare Parking Garage located at 85 Hampton Avenue if you canít find street parking.
Mountain Park has plenty of onsite parking, including a designated area for Handicap Accessible parking closer to the venue gates. The cost of parking is included in the ticket price, so there is no additional charge to park at the venue.
How is seating set up in the venues? Is it assigned or General Admission?
The Calvin Theater is all assigned seating for the most part. There are a few select shows that will have a General Admission dance floor, located in the orchestra pit right in front of the stage. Note: Dance Floor means you have no assigned seat. It is open floor, general admission area for dancing/standing.
The Iron Horse is all General Admission, but seated on a first come, first serve basis for all 7:00pm dinner shows. Shows that are scheduled for 8:30pm, as well as late 10:00pm shows will typically have an open dance floor in front of the stage, with tables to sit at around the sides and in the back.
Pearl Street is also General Admission, but is open-floor, standing room only, with a few seating options for those unable to stand.
Mountain Park seating is show specific. All seating at Mountain Park is uncovered. If you purchase General Admission Lawn Seats (GA) there will be no chair provided. Patrons are welcome to bring blankets to sit on and/or low back beach or camping chairs. Lawn chairs are welcome, the lower the better. If you purchase an assigned seat, a chair is provided for you. Please note that assigned seating is not available for every show.
What time do doors open before a show? When does the opener begin?
For 7:00 Iron Horse shows, doors open at 5:30 for dinner. For 8:30 Iron Horse Shows, doors open at 8:00. For 10:00 Iron Horse shows, doors open at 9:30. Due to limited seating, The IHEG staff suggests that you plan to arrive earlier rather than later to ensure you get a seat for full or sold out shows since seating is first come first serve regardless of whether you plan to order dinner or not.
For Pearl Street shows, doors open ½ an hour before show time.
Doors open at 7:00pm for 8:00pm Calvin Shows.
For Mountain Park, the door time will vary depending on the start time of the show. Please check the show listing for the correct time.
Please Note: The show start time is when the first opener will begin if there is one, not necessarily the headlining act.
I just got my Calvin tickets and they say seats 2 and 4 are they next to each other?
Yes, your seats are next to each other. One side of the theater is even numbered and one side is odd numbered.
More of my friends decided to come to a show at the Calvin/Mountain Park; can I change my seats so we can all sit together? I bought a dance floor ticket, but now I changed my mind and want a seat, can I swap it out?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we cannot change your seat once you have purchased it.

What do I need to pick up my tickets?
A valid photo ID, the credit card used to purchase them, and the email conformation print-out.
My son/daughter ordered tickets using my credit card, but it says the cardholder needs to be the one to pick up the tickets. Do I have to come with them? I bought tickets as a present for a friend, can they pick them up even though they are being held under my name?
No, you do not need to come with them. Print out the order confirmation for them to bring, and give the Northampton Box Office a call at 413-586-8686 during normal business hours before 4pm the day of the show and change the will call name to your son/daughter. This also applies to people who gave tickets as a gift to someone else. You can call and change the will call name to whomever you want.
Are tickets refundable? What if a show is rescheduled or canceled?
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.
If postponed, you will be contacted and your original tickets will be honored at the new event unless otherwise specified. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If you purchase a ticket through Northampton Box Office and the ticket(s) have not been delivered, and a refund is issued, then we will issue a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If a ticket is delivered or purchased in person and a refund is to be issued, then you will receive the refund by presenting the ticket yourself to the location where it was purchased.
When Northampton Box Office issues a refund, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), less any non-refundable fees as per Northampton Box Office's purchase policy agreement.
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be honored if an opening act is changed or canceled.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues and theaters, prohibit Northampton Box Office from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

What are the age requirements for a show? I’m under 18 and want to come to a show?
Age Requirements - All shows at The Iron Horse, Pearl Street, Calvin Theater and Mountain Park are 6+ unless otherwise noted. The clubs ask that children 6-13 be accompanied by an adult. The Basement is small bar that is part of the IHEG family, it is 21+ all the time.
We ask that everyone in your party, regardless of age, be able to sit quietly through the concert without disturbing other patrons or the artists. Staff may ask parents whose children are noisy or uncomfortable to take them outside of the Concert Hall. If there is repeated disruption, we reserve the right to revoke admission. We strongly advise that if you do bring small children, they wear ear protection as many of shows are loud and can be damaging to young ears

I see two shows listed for the same night, what’s the deal? Do I need a separate ticket for each show if i am interested in both?
Pearl Street Nightclub has two separate concert venues under one roof. The two rooms are known as the Ballroom (upstairs) and the Clubroom (downstairs). There are often shows in both rooms at the same time. You need a separate ticket for each show.
The Iron Horse frequently has an early show (7:00pm) and a late show (10:00pm) on the same night.
Will you release any tickets to a sold out show?
It is possible that the venues will release a handful of standing room only tickets on a first come first serve basis at the door, but there are no guarantees they will or how many, it’s the club’s discretion.
For Calvin shows, additional seats may be released the day of the show.
I’m a parent and worried about sending my child to an all ages show there?
Only you can decide whether the IHEG venues are the right environment for your child. We encourage first timers to attend a show with their kids to decide for themselves. We have strict polices enforcing no underage drinking in all of our venues in accordance with the law, and reserve the right to ask persons to leave if they do not follow these rules.
How can I get on the email list to find out about shows first?
You can sign up for our free email list here. Find out about shows 2 days before the public & internet pre-sale!
How do I get my band on a bill at an IHEG venue?
The Iron Horse Entertainment Group does not actively accept unsolicited demos.
Being an artist or a new manager struggling to be heard is tough and we do empathize! However, there are several other venues in the area that are easier to get into and we strongly recommend doing so. We do pay attention to these shows! Building a small following is the best way to show you are serious and to eventually end up on a larger stage.
I am a student and I am interested in the music industry, do you have any internships available?
The Iron Horse Entertainment Group offers a number of unpaid, full-credit internship positions to area college students each semester. Students are responsible for applying prior to each semester. Please send resumes and a letter of interest to:
